Ms. Najiba Ayubi has begun her journey with DHSA/TKG as a Kabul Station Manager on January 2005.

Ms. Najiba Ayubi has more than 18 years of experience, having served for national/international & governmental organizations in different capacities including; Save the Children.

She worked in Development and Humanitarian Services for Afghanistan (DHSA/TKG) at various positions since she joined, her initial working job title with DHSA/TKG was Kabul Radio Station manager, after six years of successful working on this position, she was promoted to Program Director position due to her long term commitment and dedication to her responsibilities.

As always she added another layer to her positions, the contribution she made during one year of working experience as Program Director, the DHSA top management decided to promote her to the Managing Director positon and finally after the hard work she made in many years, she was offered the Director General post and since then she over all responsible for DHSA/TKG.

Ms. Najiba Ayubi has got a Bachelor in Journalism from Ebn-e-Sina University, in Kabul and diploma in Dari literature from Pedagogy Institute Parwan Afghanistan. She has attended middle and top Management Course from Cornfield University London.

She has certain of her own publication established in both local and international media and newspaper as well here own written books established.

The educational background, work experience, abilities and technical skills of Ms. Najiba Ayubi are very promising.
