Mr. Abdul Basir Quraishi is working with DHSA/TKG from March 2018, Joined Killid Group as Managing Director.

Mr. Abdul Basir Quraishi comes to DHSA with more than 20 years of experience, having served for United Nations, USAID funded projects and International and National organizations.

Mr. Quraishi begun his journey by working with International News agencies in 1996 as a Liaison officer lasted till 1999, in 1999 he joined UN World Food Program as Food Aid Monitor, during his 7 years of employment experience with UNWPF, he worked at multiple positions including program Assistant and Program Officer.

In 2006, he moved to Higher Educational program funded by USAID/UMASS and worked until 2011 for five years till he joined UNESCO as a Sr. Program Officer where he worked on various positions, by July 2013, he moved back to USAID/UMASS program for a one year program. In 2013, he joined another USAID funded program, the USWDP (University Support and Work Force Development Program) and remained until January 2018.

Mr. Abdul Basir Quraishi received BA certificate in Literature/Journalism Department from Kabul University and having MA diploma from Peshawar/Alama Iqbal Universities.

He has attended many courses and has many certificates in Project Management, Educational, Communication, Leadership, Fundraising, M&E and Project Design.

The educational background, work experience and very good understanding of the DHSA programs of Mr. Abdul Basir Quraishi are very promising.
