Abdul Latif Hashimi

Mr. Abdul Latif Hashimi begun his journey with DSHA/TKG as Admin and Finance Director in support division of the organization, he is based in Kabul main office.

Mr. Hashimi has been working with DHSA/TKG since January 2018 in his capacity as Support division Director. He has successfully passed a competitive based recruitment process and has been found the best capable and suitable candidate for this position during the recruitment process.

Mr. Abdul Latif Hashimi comes to DHSA with more than 15 years of experience, having served International, National organizations and USAID funded projects.

He developed excellent accounting principle, Budget analytical procedures and formulating program proposal for budget preparation through his experience, which he was able to demonstrate and enhance during the evaluations conducted for Development and Humanitarian Services for Afghanistan financial development resources. In addition, he experienced compliance with financial budget, financial management, policies, rules, regulation, proposal evaluation and relations with donors.

Mr. Hashimi begun his employment career as an accountant with International children’s right organization named EMDH in 2005 and then joined Sport Sans Frontiers (SSF) in 2007 as Admin and Finance Assistant, he worked with SSF in serval position during his four years of employment.

In 2011 he joined Women for Afghan Women as a Sr. Finance Officer, later in 2015, he developed his capacity to the extent that he successfully achieved Finance Manager position.

The journey of financial and administrative background helped him to join Afghan Women Rights Organization in 2017 as an Operation Manager for a year of employment and then in 2018, he joined DHSA/ The Killid Group.

Mr. Hashimi is doing Masters in Business Administration from Kardan University and have a Bachelor in Financial Management from Dunya University Kabul, besides he has a CAT (Certified Accounting Technician) qualification from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
